Applied online, contacted by HR (Strategic Growth). After screening, phone interview with hiring manager, other analysts in group, 2nd level management. Invited to prepare sample report, travel to SF to present live/video to group. Then an offer. Preparing the report was a lot of work -- but with access to Forrester Research reports was kind of fun. After the presentation, I was asked to make some changes -- I think this was a key part of the process to show that I would accept input and work well with others in that regard. Everyone was very professional throughout. It was a thorough process, and accurately reflected the culture of Forrester.
