Offer is half of what was discussed at the beginning.
Ask for double what you expect and you might get a good offer. Communication overall is friendly but not honest.

The interview started with introduction and the description of the actual work. The HR worker was very sympathetic and the ambiance was very friendly, although he forgot about the interview in the beginning. Then, he also forgot to get back to me that I was not chosen.
