Call with one of the partners regarding a position with their Center of Excellence in Higher Education client. The initial calls with the recruiters went very well. It became a huge wast of time when I continued to the phone interview with a partner at Fortium Partners, as he was acting as the interim CTO for this client. The interviewer was very judgemental and uninterested in my candidacy, skills, knowlege, and abilities that would have been a huge benefit to their client. My skillset and experience were in line with the client's needs, goals and vision, but because I didn't have a degree I was treated very differently. This has been the worst interview I've ever experienced and if this is how people are treated when working with Fortium Partners, then I would highly recommend their clients find better and more humane representation. I plan to get the word out regarding my experience with this individual and Fortium Partners on all social media as well as a detailed factual letter to their client. I deserve a better shot at this particular position.
