I went through 3 different interviews. The best thing was how quick they were to reach out to me, probably four days after I submitted my resume they called me. Set up a skype interview with my direct manager which lasted about 30 mins, then a 5 min phone call with the director of operations and finally another phone call roughly 20 mins with the HR director. All were very nice and thorough. They asked alot of questions regarding previous situations in my other jobs. Pretty simple if you have work experience.

You meet with three people minimum and they try to decide if you will be a good fit for their culture. You meet with the Hotel General Manager as the final step which can be intimidating. Just like any interview for any job do you homework on the job first and you will be fine
