IQ test followed by 1:1 interview and then proceeding to skills test.
As it was a college campus interview selection process it was quick but had to wait for the results for a long time and the joining process took a long time as well.

How would you help a guest by going out of your way and job?
Had more than three interviews (on site and offsite and even online), very selective but smooth, calm and respectful. Everyone was extremely nice, friendly and professional. Even though it was a very competitive job, the interview process showed how their careful selection of candidates, supports and maintains the company’s values and great reputation.

It went smoothly, super professional, super organised, event though they did not reach out for the vacancy but I enjoyed the interview and I will definitely be open to work with them

Previous experience especially in the hospitality field..
I went through 2 interviews with the HR manager and the hotel general manager. They were in person and had basic questions asking my about myself and not really any behavioral questions
