Interview
You speak with multiple people, starting with HR, and if you are successful, move all the way up the chain to the General Manager of the hotel. If you have only one interview, chances are you won't get the job. Four Seasons is very team-oriented, so they will pick largely on how well they think you will get along with other employees.
