After following Fractal Analytics for nearly 2-3 months I finally saw something for a Backend Developer as their almost every job post is for Data Scientist. Anyway, I applied through hirist and got a call from HR (Amit Jaiswal - there are very few HR people who call and sincerely explain what they actually do and Amit is one of them) and my telephonic round was scheduled. I was interviewed for Backend/Python Developer and most of the questions asked were from my resume, explanation of my project and then Python and Django. I think I almost answered 60%-70% correct answers but they needed more. Advice - 6 months is too much of a time for cool-off! Also its been a week and I am still waiting for my detailed feedback as informed by HR that it would be shared soon.
