Long hours and high workload. Fractal is a fast-paced company, and employees can expect to work long hours and have a high workload. This can be challenging for some employees, especially those who have a strong work-life balance. Lack of onsite opportunities. Guys, I am currently in Fractal. But now I am confused about where I should go next I am a data engineer with 6 years of experience and when I look into LinkedIn I am not able to find companies with quality and upgrade. Could you help me here? I am a data engineer with 6 years of experience and I work with AWS cloud, with pyspark, data lake, Athena and ETL. I am also a avid python developer. But when I surf for companies I am aiming for quality work with peaceful lifestyle. Any ideas guys?
And here I was planning to move to fractal for improved wlb and better quality of life

Purely with the intent of earning more and increasing my savings as I have very less savings now. Current Ctc -21.5 Fractal Deloitte Accenture Amazon India Walmart CGI PwC IBM Shell Sony
Whats ur technical skills?
Joined Fractal in April 2023 with a hope that it is a great organisation with great opportunities. But, got into a Data engineering project where I am using a platform built by someone. I am just using basic Excel and git. Nothing exciting for Data or ML engineering. Got billing till dec 2023, no chance to move to another project. Getting call from NICE Actimize to work as a data and ML guy in their product and RnD. The pay they offer is similar to Fractal. What should I do?
Join Nice Actimize.. there is lot of good work here
