This was more of a stress-testing round where they evaluated problem-solving, ownership, handling pressure situations, customer management, and commercial thinking. The questions were deeper and designed to understand how you approach challenges in real-world scenarios. The final round was more of a meet-and-greet interaction with leadership and stakeholders. It was relatively relaxed and focused on alignment, expectations, and giving candidates an opportunity to understand the team and work environment better. Overall, the process was professional, transparent, and well organized. The interviewers were approachable, and the discussions were practical and relevant to the role.
