G-A-Y Group interview questions

1st interview with external accountants-auditors : online. 2nd interview with external accountants-auditors : 45min written test about bookkeeping + discussion at their office. 3rd interview with external accountants and owners: online. Unfortunately, the questions and tests were not focused on the key skills and knowledge required for the role hence I got to last stage while not meeting expectations. I didn't feel comfortable during the online meeting with the owners. There were many inappropriate jokes. Also, it was said that I should start the role next Monday but the day later I was informed that I was not selected by a classic email with no feedback.
