First round interview was an incredibly simple 30-minute conversation that consisted of me talking about my experience and résumé. Everything went smoothly and a second interview was scheduled to be on Microsoft Teams a week later to delve a bit more into the role and ask questions. I was completely ghosted by the interviewer who did not show up on the Teams meeting, and he did not respond to my email where I suggested other times that same morning to have the interview. The meeting was verbally confirmed by me during our first conversation, and the recruiter also sent AND accepted the calendar invite for the second interview. This is the first time in my professional career where I had a recruiter prepare everything for an interview to happen and then not show up and then ignore me. It appears that this organization has an incredibly high turnover rate based on the many negative reviews, so I am not shocked that the head recruiter ghosted me as it seems they do not treat their employees well. I hope this review prepares you for a potential rejection.

The recruiter reached out to me to schedule an interview, and never called at the scheduled time. They also ignored my follow up attempt. I wouldn't recommend this company if you value your time.
