Interview
I had a phone interview with a recruiter for this company, and unfortunately it was a disappointing experience. The recruiter seemed to know very little about the role I applied for and showed little interest in my background or reasons for wanting the position. The conversation felt rushed, and I didn’t leave with a clear understanding of the job. Because of this, I decided to withdraw from the process. It left me with the impression that the company may not place much value on candidate experience during recruitment.
Interview process was fairly easy. Several interviews, but nothing too crazy. Questions were as anticipated as nothing was out of the scope of the job. Three interviews and then the offer.

Interview
It was very efficient and friendly. There were three people in the interview. The atmosphere was very relaxed. The difficulty of the questions was average. The questions were mostly strength and competency based. It was very interactive and I enjoyed being there.
