Initial phone screening, then went in-person for a computer assessment which included a typing test and customer calling simulation. After that I was interviewed by the general HR intake woman, she asked me questions very, very specific to managing others, after that she said she would take her notes and give it to the next level to determine if they would call me back (this process took 3 days).

Interview
1st interview was very casual. It did not last very long. Was just about my background and a little about my job history. I had not yet taken the caliper assessment and would recommend doing so before you interview. I did not place into a job at the location I was looking for, but placed into another that I had to decline due to distance.
