First, there was a phone screening. If you're selected, you will be get an invitation to come into the office and complete the test. The test is supposed to be a simulation of what it is actually like to work in Claims. The second part of the test is a typing assessment. If you pass the test, you get to interview with two supervisors. If you pass that part, you get to participate in a role play. If you pass that, then you get to sit on the floor and observe an adjuster. Once that is completed, you get the final interview with the manager. This literally took 5+ hours of my time.
