Interview
Was a very strenuous hiring process. I went through a computer test and two separate interviews. The computer test was pretty simple and easy to pass, however the first in person interview was difficult. I had to make a sales pitch and make it very convincing. The second interview I shadowed an agent and then I met the manager of the department. It was a bit overwhelming
It was very good! Very nice! Everyone was pleasant. Loved the experience! Would absolutely recommend to everyone near and far! Great company! People love it! They are very welcoming and accommodating!
It was pretty straightforward. They asked routine questions and got back to me in maybe three days. They didn’t drag it out. The hiring manager was really nice to speak to and I have no complaints.

It was great. Good questions. Exciting opportunities. The office was very impressive. I felt particularly challenged when given hypothetical. The office was empty for the holidays so they played a recorded call.
