Filled out application online and was sent an email the next day for an invitation to schedule a face to face interview. I interviewed with a woman named Andrea who did not seem to be enthusiastic at all during the interview. She showed no emotion whatsoever which gave me a bad feeling. She did mention that the hiring process is lengthy which also included a role play, job shadow, and a final interview with a hiring manager. You have to also take a licensing course/class once hired but before you even start training. This is my second time applying within two years and I won't ever apply there again

There are two rounds. The first round is virtual and they ask about your background and if you can handle the process. For the second-round, You will shadow someone for 20 minutes then proceed for a 40 minute interview. There are a lot of situational questions.
