IF THEY TOLD YOU THEY WILL CALL YOU IN 2-3 DAYS PLEASE READ THE END OF THIS REVIEW!
Apply online- email will come pretty fast in a day or so telling you to set up a phone interview or if are not considered.
pick an phone interview time with hr- they only ask about experience only 15-20 min TiP: ask hr about the job... hrs, duties, etc..
At the of phone interview with hr you will be set up to come in, computer test typing, muti tasking TIP: focus on the timers
if you pass you will have a an interview with hr right after.. about 10 questions.. tell me a time when... and they ask about experience, education, and past jobs
if you pass you go in to role play where you are giving 20 mins to read over a 4 page pack and be able to answer the phone as if you are working for a fake insurance company...they call 3 times with a 3 min break in between for you to write notes on each call
Afterwards hr will then call you again, and ask about 4 more interview questions about how did u deal with role play
if you pass role play you are sent to shadow an employee for an hr... you just listen
afterwards you get an interview with 2 supervisors that ask about the shadowing, more about experience, why you want work there, tell me a time when...this is the final step,
the whole process is 4-8 hrs, you may have to come back to complete everythng
Afterwards you are either given an offer on the spot or are told you will get a call/email in 2-3 days..this is because hr is grading your answers from the final interview.....if hired they will send you a email with a link to accept the job and also call you. If not hired you will just get an email.
usually it takes 24 hrs for them to tell you got the job...
There are two rounds. The first round is virtual and they ask about your background and if you can handle the process. For the second-round, You will shadow someone for 20 minutes then proceed for a 40 minute interview. There are a lot of situational questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at GEICO in May 2026
Interview
You first fill out an assessment test. The assessment test isn't difficult; there are a few parts to it. First is the reading tables section. It asks you a question about the table and based on that you pick one of the four answers. This part is timed so you want to pace yourself a little bit. The other part is picking the statement that describes you the best, then the second-best statement out of three statements. Overall, this did not take long.
