The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GEICO in Oct 2011
Interview
Applied for the job. Figured I wasn't selected for the opening at the time because I didn't get a call for a few months. When I got the initial call, I had a brief conversation about the nature of the job, training, salary, etc. They just wanted to make sure I would still be interested. This is basically because they want you to travel for 3 months straight for training. I told them I was still interested, then they asked me to complete an IQ/skills test online. Completed the test, then had a phone interview. Then another phone interview after which I scheduled an in-person interview. This interview also consisted of a roll playing exercise. A few days after I scheduled this, I had to inform the recruiter that I could not take the job and did not want to waste any more of her time.
