Interview
There are several steps including: testing, human resource interview, mock calls, employee shadowing, then finally an interview with one of the managers of the particular department you applied to. People are eliminated at each level.

Question 1
They have typical interview questions nothing that really stands out except they really pressured me to name people I knew that worked there.
Interviewed with 1 person and then had a second round with 2 people. They asked many of the same questions. They were very nice and helpful when I asked questions about the company myself.
Interview process went rather well although we had to change a few times
During the interview they were open to us asking questions and seem to answer in a sincere manner
