Spend hours interviewing and continuing interview days in a row, led on the whole time to believe your going to get the job, then interview with the big boss, takes five minutes. Then no call or letter back, called two weeks later to find out someone else got the job.
Initial interview, typing test to determine how fast you type and how accurate you are, role play on phone calls, final interview, y connecting with an employee while they take calls
Multitasking test...typing test which was in a noisy office you couldn't concentrate. Didn't get an interview with the managers....they told me to come back in 6 months and try it again....

Multi step process until got to person over the phone interview. First test was a about what would you do in situations . Second test was finding errors or the wrong thing to do.
