For this entry-level position, I applied online, later went through HR screening which included a questionnaire and a couple online assessments. Passed HR and was given a 30 minute phone interview. Was then given what was typically the on-site interview online due to COVID, which was a 4 hour block that included 3 interviews with managers and team leads and also a live proctored assessment that wasn't very hard but was meant to see how you think. The final interview went over the results of that assessment. Felt like things went quite well but was given an auto rejection email around midnight a couple days after the block of interviews.
