Straightforward, but the interviewer made an unprofessional joke about hiring me during the interview and then they didn’t hire me. I was out off by the demeanor of the joke in the first place and had the interviewer been more professional I feel I would have actually been hired.
Very thorough interview process. You should prepare for a question on why you are leaving your current job. The interviewer will also ask questions based on your resume skills section specific to the insurance industry.

The interview was the same as every other company that is interview for customer service agent positions. Same questions some not relevant to the position applying for. It was a little bit confusing.

Short. Not worth your time. Interviewer lied about his name. Asked very basic questions, was not impressed. For a company so hard to get into they're really easy to get into
