Phone interview, computer test, in person interview if you pass the phone and computer test. In person interview included a role play meant to determine if you can handle difficult customers and multiple issues that arise

Must currently be meeting or exceeding Current position goals. Must meet Company Standard dependability percentage. Must have High School degree and for Certain Positions must either have or Currently pursuing a college degree. with College courses there are Certain business Courses that are required for movement/ promotions into higher positions. You apply, then are called in for a pre-screening interview. They then give you a typing skills test, then a personality test. There is then a role play, depending on what job you are aplying for. if all of this is passed, then you go on to another interview with the department in question, where the hiring decision is made,
