I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at GEICO (Indianapolis, IN) in Nov 2015
Interview
It is a lengthy one. I applied after receiving an e-mail through one of geico's recruiters. At the end of the application you take a personality assessment which probably weeds out some people off the git-go. Then I received an e-mail to schedule a phone screen. It lasted 5 minutes and then was asked to go to the office for testing. I walked in a few days later and took a computer test. It was a multitasking simulation with a WPM typing test. After I passed that I interviewed with Ashley. At the end she told me to wait and that she'd get back with me in 5 minutes. After a little bit, some other lady came out into the lobby telling me that "Ashley was just called into a meeting" which I knew was BS and realized right there that I didn't get the job. The lady told me I'd get an e-mail in 3-5 days minimum. After a couple days I got the rejection e-mail. I admit, I'm bitter. Must have been something I said.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Behavior questions. Easy. When asked if you have interviewed with anyone else, the answer is always NO folks.
There are two rounds. The first round is virtual and they ask about your background and if you can handle the process. For the second-round, You will shadow someone for 20 minutes then proceed for a 40 minute interview. There are a lot of situational questions.

Interview
You first fill out an assessment test. The assessment test isn't difficult; there are a few parts to it. First is the reading tables section. It asks you a question about the table and based on that you pick one of the four answers. This part is timed so you want to pace yourself a little bit. The other part is picking the statement that describes you the best, then the second-best statement out of three statements. Overall, this did not take long.
