Interview
Was sent a packet explaining the interview process. During the initial day and time of the interview none of the interviewers showed up and the interview was scheduled for later that day. Recruiter was extremely apologetic about it and handled the situation in an extremely professional manner.
Interview itself was a one hour, live coding challenge using Codility where the interviewer would chat with you through out. Took about 3 business and some prodding to get a rejection email with feedback.
For anybody doing the coding interview be aware that the interviewer is looking for more than just "can they solve the problem in the allotted time?". They are also looking for a very specific way of approaching a problem which makes the challenge more difficult if you're neurodivergent.
In my case I got rejected because "it seems like you didn't fully digest and understand the problem/requirements before diving into the solution". My code failed one of the test cases initially and I had to go back and fix it to correct for the corner case scenario that I missed. I was able to do all this and get all the tests to pass within the time frame but that wasn't enough to satisfy the interviewer.

Question 1
You are given a string num consisting of digits only.
Return the largest palindromic integer (in the form of a string) that can be formed using digits taken from num. It should not contain leading zeroes.
It was a very lengthy process delaying weeks. Not that great experience. The female candidates who interview you are like police officers, keep your eyes straight, head straight and 1:1 bias interviews. Two leet code rounds, not really leet code as they are codality, next the design and architecture is based on a filed not related to insurance at all. The interviewer ask questions like we didn't use micro architecture at all right? Huh. Recruiter gets back to you after 4 weeks you didn't solve a complex problem for a senior engineer.
Had 3 leetcode interviews, but after that was supposed to be system design and behavioral. I’d say the process was smooth but they had terrible interviewers that didn’t communicate whatsoever during interviews.
