Was contacted by a recruiter, asking about direct SIU experience. Was then asked to set up an initial screening call with the recruiter. During our call, she said I was a "delight" and that her notes would reflect that they would need to act quickly so as not to lose me. She even took my schedule for the following week for an interview with the hiring manager. Received a "thanks but no thanks" email thr following day. I reached out for feedback, was told only that they'd chosen someone with more experience. Weird, since I've been teaching adult learners since the early 2000s.
