GEICO Manager Develop Program interview questions

You first receive a call from one of their recruiters. They'll as a few basic qualifying questions (all read from a standard format-literally heard the recruiters own boredom). If you make through the screen, they'll invite you to participate in a full phone interview. Like the screen, the questions focus on basic background information and situational questions. If they like the phone interview they will invite you to campus. The on site interview lasts about 4 hours and includes role playing, typing and multitask assessments, and time spent in the area you'd be working in. The final interview is a panel led by regional vice president. They wont make you an offer but will tell you a timeline of when they make a decision.
