The first round in the interview process was a telephone interview. The interviewer was very nice and she called bang on our scheduled time. It lasted about 40/45 mins even though she said it would be max 30 mins. If you have a language of any proficiency on your CV they will test that during the interview. I wasn't aware this would happen and she asked to switch the interview to my second language after 20 mins or so, so do not be surprised by this. Know your CV well as most of the questions stem from it. Overall nice interview experience.
