Interview
I applied online, and the process took about three weeks. I had a phone interview and it went well as far as I'm concerned. However, the recruiter told me that the assessment centre would take place on November 8th, 2017, and they will contact me and inform me of the decision (whether negative or positive) by the 3rd of November so that I'll have time to prepare and make the travel arrangements. I waited but did not receive anything regarding their decision until I personally sent them an e-mail on the 6th of November to get an update, and unsurprisingly, it was a rejection. They did not bother send an email before that.

Interview
The first round of interview consisted of a competency interview, an exercise of you trying to convince someone to be a client and then a supply chain case study.
The second round of interviews was just a repeat of questions, clearly the interviewers did not talk to each other in advance. The second interview was rude and obnoxious and spent 40 minutes asking me to talk about my previous failures. Overall, I found the interviews to be quite rude and very obnoxious.

Interview
Had a phone interview one week after my application, pretty straight forward - asked me about the company, role. Got called back for a second interview which was a a little difficult, discussed the company, role play and case study.
