It was a very unprofessional experience. A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and after couple phone interviews and a case study I had my last interview. Everything went really well and they all sounded like I got this job. They I got a generic email saying I wasn’t qualified, which is totally fine, but they provided no reason to why I was rejected? I reached out to both recruiters to help me understand what I need to work on for the future, and after couple days HR person left a voice mail saying they want to discuss my question. I called back three times and left her a voice mail and never heard back. I waited two weeks before writing a review and be fair. For a candidate to get to the final round and get rejected, the least you should do is provide a reason and feedback to help him/her work on what they might be missing.

The interview lasted only about 20 minutes and lacked depth. After the interview, there was no follow-up or update, which made the process feel incomplete and somewhat unprofessional. Overall, a disappointing experience.

The TA specialists have no decency to respond whether they want to move ahead with your profile or not after the first round... you're just left guessing. I was told they will schedule a business interview in the following week and the following week was 7 weeks ago...

Interview
First round with HR manager consisted of general questions based on my resume. I would say it had an easy going vibe. At the end of the interview, I had time to ask the manager additional questions and I was able to gain deeper understandings on this role. Going for case study interview next week.
