I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GLG
Interview
Very brief interview process. Consisted of initial informational interview and was followed by 3 back-to-back 30 minute interviews a few days later. Nothing too difficult, mostly behavioral questions. Last interview really tests your desire to work there more than anything. Office culture really suggests a motivated environment and they want to be sure you'll fit in not only by personality and attitude, but by overall desire to make a difference in the company. No one in that office does the bare minimum required.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Last interview was most difficult, but still nothing to sweat over. After two rounds of basic behavioral interviews, switching over to the "why do you want to be here" questions required a quick change of thinking.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at GLG in Mar 2026
Interview
Started with HR screening phone call. Then did a take-home case study followed by a review interview to go over my thought process. The last round was 2 behavioral b2b interviews. Overall, a very pleasant experience with very quick turnaround and smooth communication. Each interview felt like a conversation, and all the interviewers were all very kind.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Tell me about a time where you had to deal with conflict?
4 round interview process: HR, case study review, 2 back to back with senior level people on behavioral/ situational. They were standard STAR method interview questions and also should understand the work GLG does.
