phone screening with HR and a several interviews with hiring manager and leaders. It was a pleasant journey to learn about the company, company, working culture, and environment in general.
First interview with recruiter was ok, then the competency based questions was also fine and every one I spoke to was friendly and nice. The feedback was also very positive, apparently.
The case study though was rushed and not very well explained, therefore I didn’t have much info on what to do. I did what I thought I should gathering info from the web and the feedback on that was that I didn’t do the task as I should have.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GLG
Interview
The HR team is very helpful, ask them questions about the role and they'll tell you what to expect in the interviews. Interview process is long (around 3-5 interviews) however it isn't difficult. Come prepared with key examples on the role and why you would be relevant.
