2. Case Study & phone interview reviewing the case study.
3. On-site interview in Austin Texas (4 one on one interviews with upper level employees, and lunch with senior associates)
The questions will make you think, but one will do fine if they know their place in the company and the role. Even though I did not get an offer, I appreciated the fact that the interviewers seemed to really care and ask directed questions to make sure you are right fit for the job.
