I submitted my job application about 2 to 3 weeks before I was called for an online interview with HR. The interviewer was quite nice and not rigid or uptight, which helped me feel relaxed while answering their questions. However, I found the scope of the position to be broad. Hiring someone with anywhere from 2 to 7 years of experience—spanning from Senior to Junior levels—doesn't seem like the best approach for understanding the role and the organization.

During the interview, I was asked standard questions such as, "Can you tell me about yourself?" and "What have you done regarding acquisition?" The key moment came when I was asked to describe how I developed a tendering process, which I believe was the cornerstone of the interview.
Also they asked about relocation.

I interviewed the position for GOPA PACE, which took me 3 months and finally gave me an offer but eventually ghosted me with no reason and explanations at all. disrespectful to my time and energy.
Just a chat through CV before they decide whether suitable to be selected as external consultant to be a candidate for external projects. Then it's an interview with external companies
