Interview
I applied online at the beginning of 2025 for a Localization Project Manager position. The first interview with their Operations Manager was a short call, reviewing my CV and skills, and we actually discussed a team lead role. She was somewhat cold but polite, scheduling the next step right after we finished. The second interview with the Hiring Manager and CEO was announced as a 15-minute culture fit call, but it turned into an awkward 45-minute session that felt more like an interrogation from the CEO, going through a list of behavioral questions, repeatedly pushing for more details, especially about my last employer (even questioning my further explanations by saying “so this is all that was not good there?”). By the end, I wasn’t given the chance to ask anything, I had to interrupt their goodbye just to ask about next steps. The entire process looked like they were in a hurry to hire, they said they’d follow up within 2–3 weeks, but I never heard back.

Interview
The hr was not paying full attention during the interview. There was no eye contact and proper engagement. Even though the interview was awkward, I was selected to the next stage where I was mainly asked about case studies and corporate culture instead of skills.

I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GTH Translation in Dec 2022
Interview
The first interview meeting was with the HR Manager of the company and it was very pleasant. The questions were field related and the manager was very kind and considerate. The second interview was with the HR Manager and the CEO of the company. I did not get the same feeling, because some questions concerning my previous work experience in other companies felt as an attempt to know more about the companies (the salary range or the working methods).
