I initially had to do an online assessment for situational judgement. They then informed me that I got in the next round which was the same assessment again. They then informed me that it was not a match.

The interview process was two online assessments, a phone screening with Human Resources, a virtual Word/Excel test, a Zoom interview, and an in-person interview. I was offered the role at the in-person interview.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Gallup in Oct 2024

Applied and filled out the assessment at the end of the application. The next day I got told I moved on to the "second interview" which was gonna be a personality assessment just like the first. Filled it out and didn't hear back the next day, which I thought was strange. Day after, got rejected. Strange thing is, I filled it out almost exactly the same way as the first time. Not sure if this was a waste of time or not, but at least it was only a week,

They ask you questions about your personality and you give canned responses that most match what you "feel." Then you move onto those questions that give you a sliding bar from "Strongly Disagree" to "Strongly Agree."
