Once the personality assessment was completed, I was emailed to notify me I could move on to the next round and to call their scheduling line. I called and scheduled my interview, which I was told would last 45 minutes. At the appropriate time, I sat and waited...and waited. For nearly 20 minutes. Finally I called back to the scheduling line and the woman had an attitude with me for asking what was going on. A few minutes later I finally got the call. Already annoyed, I proceeded with the interview, which, as everyone else has mentioned, is strictly questions about your personality. It is incredibly invasive of someone you hardly know to ask you things that essentially try to get at your familial status, background, etc. Also, the questions are often closed-ended questions, which as a public opinion company, I would expect they would want more than a yes/no answer but by the end, I gave up on elaborating. At the end of the interview, I was informed they were going to see if there was a "fit" for me which I don't actually think is true - there is something specific they are looking for and it wasn't me.
