Interview
To be honest, the interview was very boring and uninformative about both the organization and the role, to say the least. Given the way Galvanize Climate Solutions presents itself in the media, I expected a more engaging and insightful discussion about its mission, company culture, and how this position fits into the bigger picture. Instead, the conversation lacked enthusiasm and depth, making it difficult to get a real sense of what it would be like to contribute to the organization.

What was particularly interesting was that it didn’t seem like my resume, skill set, or experience had been reviewed at all. I was expecting a more engaging conversation that connected my background to the role and the organization’s needs. Instead, the interview felt generic and lacked depth, making it difficult to gauge how I could truly contribute to the company and have a real introduction.
