I interviewed at Gap International (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
It's long, but easy. Mostly meeting with VPs who are disinterested in your credentials or merits and more focused on "Who you are as a person". Final interview is a meeting with the whole senior leadership team.
Initial recruiter interview, interview with leader of team, interview with one of the VPs, which I failed, but after that would’ve been a day-long in-person group interview with more VPs

Interview
As strange and cultish an organization as the employee reviews lead you to believe. Everyone I spoke to had been there for at least 20 - 30+ years (not normal, no matter how great your org is…), many seemed to be related, there were a couple linguists (including the CEO?!), and all discussions about their work were extremely vague and unimpressive. It’s simply not consulting, as any reasonable person would ascertain after one or two conversations. It’s thinly veiled psychological evaluations for foolish executives led by people who aren’t qualified to administer them. By the way, I had four lengthy interviews (what can I say, I was very curious 😏) and was then ghosted for a couple weeks before I was able to goad them into a response
