Submitted my resume and CV, shortly after they invited me to interview. Location is very easy to find and HR was very helpful through email if you had any questions/concerns. The interview was fairly casual and was conducted by two of the current engineers working there. First the typical questions to get to know you better, again very casual setting although the questions were prepared before hand as you could tell from the paper they were reading off. After that a few scenario questions to see how your problem solving skills, there were some technical questions so it is good to brush up on some lean/six sigma information. If you are confident in what you know and that you can do the job then you will have no problem with the interview, the interviewers were super casual and gave you pointers if you got stuck anywhere. A few days after the interview I was offered the job.
