I applied online and about 2 weeks later, I got an email to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was conducted by one of their HR recruiters. Questions started out with general background and went into more technical questions. It lasted about 45 minutes. The next day, I got a phone call to schedule a face-to-face interview, which occurred about a week or so after the phone interview. Onsite interview was with the hiring manager and a couple of team members. It was behavioral and technical questions. It lasted about 1.5 hours. The hiring manager said I was a good fit for the team. It's been over a month since then and I feel that I've been ghosted by this company. I followed up with emails. First time follow up through email (2 weeks after onsite interview) , they said they're still conducting interviews. 3 weeks after that, sent another follow up email, no response from either HR or hiring mgr. Whether or not they plan to hire someone, they should let a candidate know either way. They also reposted the position. I was excited about the potential to work for this company after a great interview but not if they don't have the common decency to inform you of what's going on. The lack of communication and the whole process has been really frustrating.
