Straightforward and friendly. Three rounds of interviews, focused mainly in previous experience, team work, interest in the job, ability to learn new things and adapt to changing situations. Really gave me a sense of what the company needed from me and what they have to offer, the process allowed me to meet my bosses and ask them any questions I may have.
