The interview is a Phone interview, assignment and in person interview with possibly one more interview after. The assignment is very time consuming and they give it to many of the candidates.

Can you walk us through the process you took for the assignment? They will ask you to create 4 social posts and 1 email prior to interview.

Interview
They asked me to write some test cases for an Our of office functionality to see if I am a good fit, but I want to find out more about them to make sure they are not a scam
Enjoyable well though out easy to navigate although they do not have set start date and were evasive on some of the questions . Therefore, I wish it was a little tighter
