Applied Online and you get a straight answer to interview in person. Doing your security clearance is part of the hiring process as well. The Process was really easy going and straightforward. Communication was on point and the people interviewing are mainly the people you'll be working with not necessarily HR. Which I think is better as there are a big variety in tasks between one engineer to the other.
