      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Glassdoor (Dublin, Dublin) in May 2019

      Interview

The whole interview process was very smooth with HR constantly reaching out to support in any possible way. The one-to-one interviews with Managers were very laid back. They were very supportive throughout the process.

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Glassdoor (Mill Valley, CA)

      Interview

This position was just being posted, so sfter an initial screen with the recruiter the process didn't kick off in earnest for 2-3 weeks. However, expectations were clearly communicated and created good alignment throughout the entire hiring process. The rest of the process was managed pretty tight and was straight-forward. Phone interview with the hiring manager, and then an on-site to meet with 4 other stakeholders. The panel of on-site interviewers seemed well-balanced for the role and the ensuing conversations contributed to what felt like a comprehensive evaluation of a mutual fit for the role and team. Everyone I met with was very open and sensitive to providing a good candidate experience.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Imagine the Sales organization experienced an abnormally down quarter, what would you want to look at to diagnose the underlying issue(s)?
