A half hour long discussion with internal recruiter Jake around my past experience and what both parties perceived I can bring to Glassdoor followed by an interview with sales manager and then a role play. The interview process was exceptionally well organised and slick, Jake along with the senior personnel I met were focused and very communicative. The onboarding and the recruitment experience were both highly professional.

Everyone was extremely professional which is to be expected but the level of transparency from everyone was unlike any other interview process I’ve been a part of. Interviewers were present and thoughtful with their questions while being sure to leave time for me to do the same. The recruiting staff was engaged throughout and happy to assist in any way they could. Truly an interview process to be modeled.
