Really easy. Had an online test, a phone interview then an in-person interview. Very professional and kept me updated at each stage. The only thing I would say is that it took a while from my application for somebody to get back to me.

I first had to do a presentation that I had a week to prepare to my interviewers, and the had a formal interview in front of 2 directors and another member of staff. They were all lovely.

Interview
Call on teams where they just asked a series of behavioural based questions about the role in order to get an understand about how you react to different scenarios. Very smooth process they are not trying to catch you out with any trick questions.
