Multiple round interview process that was challenging and engaging. The recruiter was warm, welcoming, and succinct. Behavioral questions asked by both recruiter and hiring manager. The hiring manager seemed cool and uninterested in speaking with me. I knew before the second interview was over that she would not be moving forward with me. Asked tons of follow up questions to responses. Spend time preparing STAR interview method.

3 rounds, all of them were virtual interviews. One was a panel with two employees. Recruiter was nice and responsive. Took a bit long for them to make a decision.
