Interview
- 2 Technical rounds
First round would be more towards the basic knowledge of Agile Product Management & work you did in the past.
Second round would be more towards the scenario based questions to test your real time knowledge of the business processes.
-1 Managerial round
Third round would be a tricky one, loaded with situation questions on product management. This is more towards judging your decision making skills and stakeholder management. This will also bring out whether you have actually worked on any product.
-HR Discussion
This is more towards the salary negotiation & joining time.
