Applied online. I crafted a detailed cover letter and resume which outlined my experience and how/why it aligned with the role and why I was interested. Immediately after I submitted, I received an email to record myself answering a series of questions about my experience. This approach is very impersonal after the time I spent already sending this information over. I don't like companies that operate this way in their hiring process, and immediately withdrew myself from the position.
